It is essential that both sellers and buyers are fully aware of their own roles and responsibilities. In a real estate auction, each party has to go through procedures that need to be followed to ensure successful closing at escrow.
 
  • Call Landmark Resources for an appointment to visit your property. An evaluation on the property will be conducted and determine the benefits in selling your property through an auction.
  • The seller will be required to sign a Listing Contract upon confirmation. A representative shall discuss all the related issues with regards to placing your property at auction.
  • Landmark Resources will initiate aggressive advertising and marketing campaign to promote the property and the day of auction right after the signing of Listing Contract. All promotional efforts will be exerted to bring potential bidders on auction day.
  • The seller will invest in advertising and marketing campaign expenses to maximize the exposure of the property to be auctioned.
  • To close escrow within 30 days!
